We’re looking for a Design Lead to take ownership of our creative output and lead design projects from idea to execution across digital and motion formats. What you’ll be doing: Lead graphic design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and motion formats. Create high-quality visuals (graphics, illustrations, infographics, and basic motion designs). Develop creative concepts and bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions. Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with client and company guidelines. Review and guide junior، mid-level and senior designers’ work to maintain quality and consistency. Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards. Collaborate with Art Director and Design Manager across several projects Participate in motion design phases (storyboarding, animation, asset selection). Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Bring a strong personal design edge that sets you apart as a senior creative. Requirements 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with experience leading or mentoring designers. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and basic motion work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and design systems. Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to give constructive feedback and guide junior team members. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
