The Senior Videographer/Editor is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative video content. Mentor and oversee the work of junior videographers and editors, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in video production and editing, incorporating innovative approaches into projects. Manage the video production workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement processes and standards for video production and editing within the agency. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with a proven track record of leading successful video projects. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating a variety of video content, including promotional videos, commercials, and social media content. Mastery of video production equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D). Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing a team. Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and project management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
