Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on digital media. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital and print design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with an advanced understanding of motion graphics softwares and techniques. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a design team. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
